BioShock is a first-person shooter game developed by 2K Games and it is available for Windows platform.
The game takes place in the year 1960 of an alternate history. Your plane crashed in the Atlantic Ocean and you're the only survivor. At this moment you think you're going to die, but you get terribly astonished when, in the middle of the ocean, there appears a kind of platform which gives entry to Rapture, a place you will never be able to forget.
With the help of a stranger and not knowing what will happen, you go through a city in which insanity is established.
This is the beginning of BioShock, a game of action and terror that stands out for its carefully built plot, capable of bringing a surprise around every corner and in every place, for its gameplay, which offers action and puzzles of great simplicity, but essential to the general progress; and, finally, state-of-the-art graphics.
Taking control is very simple, but the game leads you to places where there is a kind of frightening beings called "Big Daddy" from which you'd better run away, because they have neither mercy nor weaknesses.
On the other hand, you cannot go through this game without taking a serious look at graphics and sounds. Not only because of the large amount of visual effects and incredible graphics models (although it requires a very high performance system) but also by the careful design of these scenarios and characters.
BioShock game is said to be a new instrument to approach philosophical, psychological and moral issues. This games brings a real breath of fresh air filled with intricacies and twists and turns which make it strongly different from the well-worn cliches of the media.

this isnt right...theres no vers. 2.6 on the Bioshock page even. I click the link here and it takes me to 1.1 patch. I dont get
it. And that happens alot it seems. It say theres an updated version but yet...there isnt. Its confusing. You guys should fix
that....
